How to connect your Strike Wallet in IBI App?

Connecting your wallet to the IBI App is very simple, so follow the steps below to set it up correctly. Let's get started!

Let's begin setting up your environment!

  1. If you haven’t logged in yet, access the IBI App with your account and choose your preferred login method

Additionally, you can scan the second QR code on the back of your card, which will redirect you directly to the IBI app, allowing you to log in



  1. Once you have logged in, click on your profile image at the top left. A drop-down menu will appear

  1. Browse through the options and look for "Connect your wallet". Click on it to view the different options available

  1. From the available options, find "Strike" and click on it

How to create an API key in Strike?

To continue in this section, you can access the Strike dashboard directly from the following link https://dashboard.strike.me/login or by pressing the “Log in to Strike Dashboard” button.



  1. Once you press the "Login with Strike" button you will be redirected to the Strike login. 


  1. Once you've logged in, you'll see your account's Strike Dashboard. To continue, click the horizontal lines button located at the top right


  1. In the menu, locate and select "API Keys"



  1. To create your API Key, click the "Create API key" button



  1. Before proceeding, ensure that you've correctly configured the scopes for your API Key to ensure everything functions properly. Select the following options:

    1. Account
      1. Read public account profile data
      2. Read account balances
    2. Receiving payments
      1. Read invoice details
      2. Create invoices for your account
      3. Generate a quote for an invoice
    3. Sending payments
      1. Create payment quotes for Lightning invoices
      2. Execute payment quotes for Lightning invoices and Onchain transactions
      3. Read payments details



  1. After clicking "Next", confirm the scope of your key, review the Strike terms and conditions, and click "Create API key"


Warning
Remember, this API Key is private. Do not share it with anyone and keep it in a secure place
  1. Once created, copy your API Key and press "Done"

Setting up your credentials

  1. Return to the IBI App and paste the following information into the corresponding field:

    1. API Key (previously created)
    2. Strike Handle/Username

  2. After pasting the information in both fields, select your default currency and tap "Next"


  1. As a final step, confirm your information and press "Connect" when you are ready
