This dashboard offers a comprehensive suite of tools to manage your merchant activities effectively. To begin using the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard, follow these steps:

Visit the Tiankii website through the following link https://pay.tiankii.com/



The Tiankii Merchant Dashboard supports multiple login methods for your convenience. Here are the login methods available:
  1. Create an account using email and username.
  2. Create an Account using Phone number
  3. Create an account with Google
  4. Create an account with Microsoft
  5. Create an account with Twitter
Select any option and click on “Create an account”

Create an Account Using Email and Password

To create an account on the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard using your email and password, follow these steps:
  1. Enter email
  2. Click on "Create an Account"



Once you click on Create an account, you will be navigated to "Choose the account type" screen

When creating an account on the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard, you'll need to select the appropriate account type based on your usage requirements. Here's a guide to help you decide between:

A verification code will be sent to email. Please check your email and paste the code below.

Click on "Verify"



Once you click on "Verify", you will be navigated to next screen which requires following details

Fill out the Registration Form

  1. Full Name: Enter your full name in the provided field.
  2. Password: Create a strong and secure password for your account.
  3. Accept Terms and Conditions: Tick the checkbox to indicate that you accept the terms and conditions of using the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard.



Click on "Continue"

After filling out the required information and accepting the terms and conditions, click on the "Continue" button to proceed with the registration process.

Personalise your Tiankii account

  1. Select your country from the dropdown menu.
  2. Choose your preferred display language.
  3. Set your desired currency from the available options.
  4. Save the changes by clicking on the "Continue" button.



By clicking on "Continue" you will be redirected to create Username.



Please create a username that you can remember
