Starting the Merchant Dashboard
If you are a new user, here is the process of starting the dashboard by creating an account using multiple login methods. This dashboard offers a comprehensive suite of tools to manage your merchant activities effectively. Whether you're a seasoned seller or just starting out, this guide will help you navigate through the initial setup process.
To begin using the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard, follow these steps:
Visit the Tiankii website through the following link https://app.tiankii.com/
The Tiankii Merchant Dashboard supports multiple login methods for your convenience. Here are the login methods available:
- Create an account using email and username
- Create an Account using Phone number
- Create an account with Google
- Create an account with Microsoft
- Create an account with Twitter
Select any option and click on “Create an account”
Once you click on Create an account, you will be navigated to "Choose the account type" screen
Choose the account type
When creating an account on the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard, you'll need to select the appropriate account type based on your usage requirements. Here's a guide to help you decide between:
Business Use
Suitable for Individuals or organisations using the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard for commercial purposes, such as selling products or services, managing inventory, processing orders, and tracking sales.
Personal Use
Suitable for Individuals who primarily use the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard for personal reasons, such as buying products, tracking personal purchases, managing wishlists, or exploring available deals and discounts.
Select the account type (Business Use or Personal Use) that best suits your needs and usage preferences.
When creating your account on the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard. You will be navigated to “Create new Tiankii account” screen
Create an Account Using Phone Number
To create an account on the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard using your phone Number, follow these steps:
- Enter Phone Number
- Click on "Create an Account"
Verify Your Phone Number
Tiankii will sent a verification code to your phone number. Check your phone and paste the code below.
If Didn't receive the code? Click on "Resend"
Once you click on "Verify", You will be navigated to next screen which requires following details.
After filling out the required information and accepting the terms and conditions, click on the "Continue" button to proceed with the registration process.
Personalise your Tiankii account
- Select your country from the dropdown menu.
- Choose your preferred display language.
- Set your desired currency from the available options.
- Save the changes by clicking on the "Continue" button.
By clicking on "Continue" you will be redirected to create Username.
Please create a username that you can remember
Once you've made your decision, proceed with continue creating your account and enjoy the benefits of using Tiankii's platform tailored to your specific needs.
- If you want to connect you wallet to Tiankii Dashboard click on “I want to connect my wallet now”
- Otherwise click on “I will do it later”
Congratulations! You've successfully created an account on the Tiankii Merchant Dashboard using your phone number
