How to remove your card from your IBI account?

Learn How to Delete/Terminate Your Card from Your IBI Account!

Delete/terminate a card in the IBI App is very simple. Make sure to follow the steps below carefully:

1. In the cards section, select the card you want to delete/terminate
   
   

1. Then, press the "Freeze Card" button to freeze your card
   
   

1. Once it's frozen, the "Terminate" button will become available

Before deleting your card of your account, make sure to wipe it clean, as this action is irreversible. If you delete your card without wiping it, you won’t be able to reset it by any other means

1. Once you're sure that you've wiped your card correctly, press the "Terminate" button
   
2. A message will appear asking if you're sure about this action. Press "Yes, Delete it" if you're certain you want to proceed
   
   

1. Once the deletion process is complete, you'll receive a notification confirming that the card has been successfully deleted
