Enable Bitcoin payments on Cloudbeds
The Cloudbeds connector asks you to configure each property: a property id, an app, an API key, the name of the payment method, and the pay button text. The screen also shows CSS Link and JS Script.
Who this is for
- The Merchant Dashboard on the web.
- A Cloudbeds property you administer.
- Starter or a higher plan. There is no Spanish article for this connector yet.
Before you start
- The property id from Cloudbeds. Do not send it in a screenshot.
- An API key of that property. The field is a password field.
- You know which app on that property should take the payment.
Open Connectors
- Open pay.tiankii.com.
- In the side menu, open Payment Tools and then Integrations.
- The page title is Connectors. The line under it is eCommerce Integrations.
Which plan opens the form
On a Freemium store the Cloudbeds card says Available From Tiankii Starter and eCommerce connectors are not part of your current plan. Existing connections keep working. There is no Connect button on that card. Opening the connector address shows Upgrade your plan. This article does not press See Plans.
On Starter the same card has Connect. QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Xero Accounting say Coming soon and No plan includes it, and nothing needs to be bought for it. This article does not cover those three.
Fees
tiankii does not take a commission on each payment. Your plan includes a monthly volume; if you go over it, an overage charge may apply under Section V of the Terms. Shopify, WooCommerce and Cloudbeds may charge their own fees.
The overage charge only starts being collected after we notify you under Section XIII of the Terms, and never for months before that notice.
The overage charge is a charge for using the dashboard, billed separately. It is not a commission on your bitcoin and is not deducted from the payments you receive.

What the form asks
- On Starter, open Cloudbeds. If it is already connected the card says Modify instead of Connect. The form is Step 1 of 1: Configure Properties.
- Each block is a Property. Property ID shows the hint *.cloudbeds.com/connect/. Paste the id. It is not a value you invent, and it is not something to leave visible in a capture.
- Select App lists the apps on that property. Choose the one you use. The name in a test store is not an instruction.
- API Key is the password field. tiankii stores it and uses it to connect your property. This article does not say what else that key can do.
- Custom Payment Method Name and Pay Button Text are yours to type. The screen's own example is Pay with Bitcoin, Click to Book & Pay Online or Online Payments.
- CSS Link and JS Script are on the form. This article does not tell you to replace them.
- Multiple Properties is a checkbox. Add Property adds another block.
The paragraph at the top makes a fee claim and assigns the feature to Cloudbeds. This article does not repeat it. tiankii stores the API key and uses it to connect your property. tiankii does not take a commission on each payment.
